Qualifications/Desired Experience:

Valid SLPA license (Massachusetts or eligibility to obtain) Experience working in school settings preferred Previous caseload experience with middle schoolers a plus Compassionate, collaborative, and flexible mindset Strong organizational and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

Support the delivery of speech and language services to a caseload of 15-20 middle school students Collaborate with SLPs, teachers, and school staff to implement treatment plans Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation Participate in team meetings and contribute to IEP development as appropriate Foster an inclusive, positive environment that supports student growth
