Desired Qualifications:

Holds an active Massachusetts SLPA license in good standing Experience supporting speech-language therapy in school settings, ideally at both elementary and middle school levels Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance a caseload across multiple campuses Ability to quickly establish rapport with students, teachers, and caregivers Demonstrates clear written and verbal communication skills Reliable, proactive, and eager to work within a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

Support licensed Speech-Language Pathologists in delivering therapy services in accordance with IEPs and treatment plans Work directly with students to facilitate speech, language, and communication goals Document session activities and student progress accurately and punctually Collaborate with educators and families to promote carryover of strategies throughout students' day Manage materials and scheduling for students at three assigned schools Participate in team meetings and professional development as required This contract position offers a structured 34-hour workweek, running from your earliest possible start through June 18, 2027.
