Job Description
Step into an engaging full-time opportunity supporting K-12 students across multiple school sites for the 2026-2027 school year as a licensed Speech-Language Pathology Assistant. Make a daily impact with a dynamic caseload, collaborating alongside dedicated educators and clinicians to foster communication skills in a vibrant educational setting.
What We're Looking For:
Active SLPA license in Maryland Experience or strong interest in serving K-12 populations Effective communication and rapport-building skills with students, families, and staff Ability to adapt across various sites and age groups Professionalism, organizational skills, and a collaborative approach Previous experience in a school-based SLPA role preferred, but enthusiastic new grads are encouraged to applyYour Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include:
Providing direct speech-language therapy services to students under the supervision of a licensed SLP Supporting IEP implementation and documenting student progress Collaborating with teachers, staff, and families to address students' needs Assisting with assessment preparation and data collection Traveling between multiple school sites within the district as scheduled Maintaining accurate records and adhering to district and state compliance standardsWhat You'll Enjoy:
