Contract Term:
ASAP June 2027 We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for a full-time contract position in South Paris, ME . This on-site role starts immediately and runs through June 2027 , offering excellent stability through the school year and beyond.

This position features a highly manageable, small caseload of approximately 25 Pre-K students , giving you the opportunity to focus deeply on early intervention and foundational speech skills.

Key Responsibilities Implement speech and language therapy interventions under the supervision of a licensed SLP. Work closely with a small caseload of 25 Pre-K students to support early childhood communication development. Follow established Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and document student progress. Collaborate with early childhood educators, families, and the therapy team. Maintain clean, engaging therapy spaces suitable for preschool-aged learners. Qualifications Active Maine state SLPA Licensure (Required at the time of application). Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program or Communication Disorders. Experience with or a strong passion for working with the Pre-K/early childhood population . Ability to work effectively in person on-site.
Compensation & ProCare Benefits Hourly Pay Rate:
$40.00 $45.00 per hour (dependent upon experience and qualifications).
