Key Qualifications:

Valid licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) Prior experience supporting school-aged students Demonstrated proficiency in Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) Comfortable working primarily with a high school population Compassion, adaptability, and collaborative spirit

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver in-person speech and language services to high school students Implement AAC interventions and support individualized communication goals Collaborate closely with supervising SLPs, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams Maintain thorough session documentation and student progress notes Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom atmosphere
