Qualifications:

Active Minnesota SLPA license and certification number (required at application) Previous experience in school settings preferred Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills Ability to manage a caseload of up to 60 students

Support speech-language services and intervention plans under SLP supervision Conduct group and individual therapy sessions with elementary students Collaborate with school teams and families for optimal student outcomes Track and document student progress and maintain accurate records Adapt techniques to meet a diverse range of student needs
