This role is perfect for Speech-Language Pathology Assistants ready to make a meaningful difference in young learners communication skills. Collaborate closely with a virtual SLP and provide hands-on support within the school setting. This is a full-time position at 35 hours per week, starting as soon as possible.

Qualifications and Experience Needed:

Active SLPA licensure or certification as required by state guidelines Experience working in school-based settings, particularly with elementary-age children, is preferred Understanding of speech-language therapy exercises and data collection practices Comfortable collaborating with virtual or remote supervisory SLPs Strong communication skills, reliability, and adaptability in a dynamic school environment

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver speech-language interventions as directed by the supervising virtual SLP Support students individually or in small groups to practice targeted speech and language skills Prepare and organize therapy materials and documentation Record session data, observations, and progress notes for each student Communicate regularly with supervising SLP and educational staff regarding student progress and needs Foster a supportive and positive learning atmosphere for all students This position offers the chance to work full-time within an elementary school environment, making a difference in students lives while gaining valuable experience as part of a collaborative team.
