Job Description

This full-time contract role is perfect for an enthusiastic paraprofessional ready to provide direct assistance in a vibrant school environment. Youll work closely with a virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), helping to ensure students receive quality support during a maternity leave. Your assignment will begin as soon as possible and continue through November 11th, 2026.
Please note:
the paraprofessional placement is contingent on securing a maternity leave SLP, making collaboration and adaptability important assets for success.What Were Seeking:
Experience or passion for working in educational settings, particularly as a paraprofessional Associates degree or a minimum of 60 college credit hours Comfort and proficiency in assisting virtual professionals, especially SLPs Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Ability to foster inclusive, supportive learning experiences for diverse student populationsResponsibilities Include:
Assisting a virtual SLP in delivering service to students Supporting implementation of individualized education programs and activities Monitoring student progress and providing regular feedback to supervising staff Facilitating meaningful student participation in assigned activities Maintaining confidentiality and professional standards at all times This role is ideal if you have a heart for helping others and thrive when working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
