9675288-28457 Job Description Step into a rewarding opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA), where youll have a direct impact on elementary students communication skills. This full-time contract position (35 hours per week) begins as soon as possible and offers a unique collaborative experience: youll work onsite in an elementary setting, partnering remotely with a virtual SLP. Your role is instrumental in supporting students growth and success in a supportive, positive school atmosphere.

Key Qualifications & Desired Background:

Active SLPA certification and relevant licensure required Previous experience or internship in a school setting highly valued Familiarity with elementary-age communication needs Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills Comfort using digital platforms to interface with a virtual SLP supervisor Enthusiasm for working hands-on with students, faculty, and families

Key Responsibilities:

Implement individualized education program (IEP) goals designed by the supervising SLP Provide direct and indirect speech-language services to elementary students Maintain detailed session notes and data for progress monitoring Communicate regularly with the virtual SLP to support student needs and adjust activities as appropriate Assist with screening and informal assessments as directed Foster a welcoming, inclusive environment in therapy sessions
