Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in Swan Quarter, NC, providing services in a school setting. This contract role offers a rewarding opportunity to support pediatric students in their communication development and speech therapy needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders within the school environment Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs Collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare professionals to support student progress Deliver therapy through various methods, including in-person sessions and teletherapy Maintain detailed records and documentation in compliance with school policies and professional standards
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Valid SLP credentials with the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Experience working with pediatric populations, especially in school and healthcare settings Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred Ability to provide teletherapy services effectively Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to care
