Job Description

Step into a rewarding role supporting students from preschool to 5th grade as a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant in a vibrant school community near Hudson, NH. This part-time, onsite contract position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact, working three set days a week (21 hours) with a caseload that includes both elementary and preschool students. The ideal candidate will feel confident providing speech-language services in both general and ABA self-contained classroom settings.
Key Qualifications:
Active New Hampshire SLPA licensure is required Proven experience working in school-based settings Comfortable servicing a mixed caseload of elementary (2nd-5th grade) and preschool students Familiarity with ABA self-contained programs is a plus Ability to obtain district background fingerprints Excellent communication and organizational skills Ready to participate in Zoom interviews
Role Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech-language services to students according to individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborate closely with supervising SLPs, educators, and other school staff to support communication goals and progress Document and track student performance, assisting with progress updates for IEP meetings Adapt service delivery as needed for both general education and special education settings Engage students in evidence-based interventions to enhance language, articulation, and social communication skills Remain flexible in supporting a range of student needs within both elementary and preschool populations
