Laryngenesis Therapy, LLC is seeking a compassionate, energetic, and dependable Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our growing pediatric therapy team. Laryngenesis Therapy provides comprehensive speech-language and occupational therapy services to children and families. Our team works together to create engaging, individualized therapy experiences that help children develop skills that carry over into their everyday lives. What We're Looking For Our ideal SLPA is: Compassionate, patient, warm, and engaging Dependable and professional Comfortable working with children with a variety of communication needs Able to implement treatment plans and therapeutic activities under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist Creative and enthusiastic about making therapy fun and functional A strong communicator and collaborative team member Flexible and able to adapt in a dynamic pediatric therapy environment Culturally responsive and respectful of families with diverse backgrounds, values, and experiences Organized and able to complete documentation accurately and on time Receptive to feedback, supervision, and continued professional growth Responsibilities The SLPA will work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist and may: Provide individual and/or group speech-language therapy according to established treatment plans Implement evidence-based therapeutic activities targeting speech, language, articulation, phonology, fluency, social communication, AAC, and other communication needs as appropriate Collect and document accurate treatment data Complete required clinical documentation in a timely manner Communicate appropriately with supervising SLPs, families, and other members of the therapy team Support carryover of therapeutic strategies into the child's everyday environment Collaborate with speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, and other professionals when appropriate Participate in supervision, training, team meetings, and professional development Maintain professional, ethical, and confidential standards at all times Why Laryngenesis Therapy?
