Job Description
About Us Climbing Tree Therapy Inc. is a pediatric therapy clinic that helps children and families with developmental needs. We work as a team and support both new and experienced therapists. Job Summary We are hiring SLPs and SLPAs to work with infants, children, and young adults up to age 21. In this role, you will help clients improve communication, language, and oral motor skills. You will also work closely with families and other care team members to support each child's progress. Responsibilities Provide speech and language therapy for children and adolescents Evaluate clients and help create treatment plans Track progress and adjust therapy as needed Complete visit notes and other required documentation on time Work with families, staff, and outside providers to support client care Teach families strategies to use at home Help keep treatment spaces clean and organized Qualifications Minimum Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required Master's or doctoral degree preferred Pediatric experience preferred, but not required Must have or be eligible for Speech-Language Pathology licensure in New Mexico BLS/CPR certification preferred; employer can help after hire Must pass a background check Must be comfortable working with children of different ages and communication abilities Must work well on a team and have strong communication skills Must be physically able to perform job duties safely Benefits- Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid time off Full-time employees receive full benefits.
