Desired Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid SLP license to practice in New York (or eligibility for licensure) Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings advantageous Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
Responsibilities:
Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families on student progress Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams Offer support and strategies to classroom staff
