Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) School-based experience strongly preferred Ability to work collaboratively with supervising SLPs, teachers, and school staff Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills Positive, student-centered attitude

Role Responsibilities:

Work directly with students on speech, language, and communication goals under supervision of an SLP Assist in implementing therapy activities and carrying out treatment plans Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation Participate in team meetings and contribute to IEP discussions as required Communicate regularly and effectively with parents and staff regarding student progress
