You'll work 2-3 days per week, providing direct support to students under the guidance of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. Key Qualifications:

Current SLPA license, certification, or eligibility to obtain upon hire Previous school-based experience highly preferred Excellent communication, organization, and record-keeping abilities Ability to build trusting relationships with students, teachers, and families Adaptive, flexible, and eager to support diverse student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver speech-language therapy services as directed by the supervising SLP Conduct therapy sessions in both individual and group settings Support students in achieving their IEP goals Maintain accurate session notes and progress reports Collaborate with educators and staff to integrate therapy within the school day Participate in meetings, trainings, and professional development as needed
