Qualifications:

Valid SLPA licensure required. Prior experience in school-based settings as an SLPA. Strong knowledge of therapy techniques appropriate for the school environment. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team. This position is not open to new graduates.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech and language therapy to students as directed by supervising SLPs. Collect and document data from therapy sessions to support IEP goals and progress monitoring. Support the planning and implementation of tailored therapy activities designed to enhance students' communication skills. Maintain accurate records and collaborate with team members for student success. Participate in team meetings and contribute to student-centered discussions. Work onsite, adhering to school schedules and protocols.
