Qualifications:

Associate's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assisting or equivalent Active SLPA license in Oregon (or eligibility to obtain) Previous K-12 school-based experience is a plus Collaborative, flexible, and comfortable working across school sites Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech-language therapy services to a caseload of approximately 60 K-12 students Implement treatment plans developed by supervising SLPs Support screenings, assessments, and documentation Work within multiple school buildings, adapting to varied daily start/end times based on site Cultivate positive rapport with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
