Qualifications and Experience:

Valid SLPA license or certification, meeting state requirements Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred Strong communication, organization, and classroom management skills Ability to follow treatment plans developed by Speech-Language Pathologists Comfortable working with diverse student populations and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out speech and language therapy activities as directed by supervising SLP Support IEP goals through individualized and group interventions Document student progress and maintain accurate records Assist in the preparation of therapy materials and reports Communicate regularly with teachers, staff, and families regarding student progress Foster an engaging, positive environment to motivate and encourage students in their speech/language growth
