Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Embark on a rewarding contract assignment supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a dynamic school environment near Lancaster, PA. With multiple full-time and part-time openings available for the upcoming school year, this opportunity offers flexibility and a range of caseloads to fit your expertise. Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active Pennsylvania SLP license required Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) highly preferred Prior experience in pediatric, school-based, or teletherapy SLP roles Strong assessment, intervention, and communication skills Will consider SLP Clinical Fellows if on-site supervision is available Flexibility to work with different student populations and caseloads
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and other therapy professionals Deliver engaging, evidence-based interventions—onsite or via teletherapy Maintain clear and timely documentation in accordance with school and district standards Participate in IEP meetings and student progress reviews Adapt approaches for diverse caseloads, ensuring each student's success
