Empower students to succeed by providing speech and language support as a valued contract Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA). This rewarding opportunity involves partnering closely with a Tele SLP on a shared caseload, enabling collaborative care and professional growth. The role involves serving students across elementary, middle, and high school settings, with a diverse mix of ages and communication needs. The caseload currently includes 41 students, with numbers subject to change. Your week will be a dynamic blend of delivering 55 thirty-minute treatment sessions—16 individual and 37 group—spread across three buildings. This variety promises continual development of your skills and the chance to make an impact across multiple age groups.

Qualifications & Experience:

Valid SLPA license/certification for Pennsylvania Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred Strong organizational skills to manage a split caseload efficiently Ability to collaborate with remote SLPs and in-person staff Excellent communication and record-keeping abilities Adaptability to work across multiple school sites with mixed student populations

Key Responsibilities:
