Qualifications & Experience:
Active state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) School-based SLPA experience preferred but not required Strong collaborative, communication, and time management skills Willingness to work across elementary, middle, and high school populations
Core Responsibilities:
Provide speech-language therapy services to a mixed student population (approx. 41 students, subject to change) Manage split caseload alongside remote Tele SLP partner Deliver both individual and group sessions (16 individual, 37 group per week) Maintain accurate records and regular communication with educational staff Adapt to changes in caseload or assignment as needed
