What You'll Bring:

Active SLPA license in Pennsylvania Experience or training working in school-based or pediatric environments Ability to collaborate effectively with supervising SLPs, staff, and families Strong documentation and organizational skills for managing multiple students Proficiency with hybrid or telepractice models is beneficial Enthusiastic and adaptable approach for ages and needs ranging from elementary to high school

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with a Tele SLP to provide direct therapy to a caseload of approximately 41 students (number subject to change) Deliver 55 thirty-minute treatment sessions each week (16 individual, 37 group) Work across elementary, middle, and high school settings Implement individualized speech and language intervention plans Maintain detailed session notes and track student progress Communicate regularly with educational teams and families to support student outcomes This assignment offers a schedule of 35 hours per week.
