What We're Seeking:

Active or eligible Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) licensure Previous experience in schools or pediatric healthcare settings Demonstrated skill working with nonverbal and neurodiverse populations Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation abilities Capacity to support speech-language interventions under the supervision of a licensed SLP Flexible, compassionate, and patient demeanor

Your Daily Responsibilities:

Implement therapy activities and communication strategies outlined by the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist Support students during classroom-based activities and small group sessions Collect data, track progress, and share insights with classroom staff and families Adapt interventions to benefit both verbal and nonverbal communication Create a positive, inclusive environment for all students Take pride in making a tangible difference for young learners, while expanding your professional skills in a focused, nurturing atmosphere.
