Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Make a meaningful impact supporting students as a school-based SLP in a dynamic, contract role located in the York and Manchester, PA areas. This onsite position serves students across all grade levels (K-12) for a full school year. You'll collaborate with education professionals to provide speech-language services, helping students achieve their communication goals and maximize their learning potential. The assignment spans from August 18, 2026, to May 27, 2027, with a 35-hour workweek.
Desired Qualifications:
Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) Certification required Valid Pennsylvania Teaching Certification required and must be submitted with your resume Experience delivering SLP services in a school, district-wide, or K-12 setting preferred Strong understanding of IEPs and ability to lead or participate in eligibility and planning meetings Skilled in both assessment and intervention for a range of speech and language disorders Demonstrated commitment to collaboration with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Core Responsibilities:
Provide onsite speech and language therapy to K-12 students district-wide Conduct assessments, create individualized goals, and deliver evidence-based interventions Monitor student progress, document services, and participate in IEP process and meetings Consult and collaborate with general and special education staff and families Maintain accurate, timely records and uphold compliance standards Foster an inclusive, supportive environment for all learners This role offers a unique opportunity for SLPs wanting a fully onsite, hands-on position supporting school communities in York and Manchester, PA.
