East Bay | Home Health + Telehealth Hybrid Speech 360 Therapy Inc. is an established, clinician-led pediatric therapy practice seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to provide Early Intervention services in the East Bay. This is a great opportunity for a clinician who enjoys working with young children and families in natural environments. Services are provided through a hybrid model of home visits and telehealth. The ideal candidate is warm, dependable, organized, and comfortable supporting caregivers through play-based and routines-based therapy.
Pay:
SLPA:
$53-$63 per hour
SLP:
$70-$85 per hour Pay is based on experience, certifications, bilingual language skills, and years of clinical experience.
Responsibilities:
Provide speech and language therapy to infants and toddlers ages birth to 3. Provide services in home, telehealth, or hybrid settings. Use play-based, routines-based, and caregiver-coaching strategies. Support families with practical communication strategies for daily routines.
For SLPs:
complete speech and language assessments, treatment planning, documentation, and service recommendations.
For SLPAs:
provide therapy support and assist with clinical tasks under the supervision of a licensed SLP and within SLPA scope of practice. Complete session notes and documentation in a timely manner. Collaborate with caregivers, service coordinators, supervisors, and other providers. Maintain professional communication with families and the Speech 360 Therapy team.
Qualifications:
For SLP applicants: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required. Current California SLP license or eligibility for licensure required.
For SLPA applicants:
Active California SLPA license required. Early Intervention, pediatric, or home health experience preferred. Spanish-speaking candidates highly preferred. Reliable car, valid driver's license, and ability to travel to home visits throughout the East Bay required. Strong communication and documentation skills.
Schedule:
Part-time or full-time opportunities may be available. Flexible scheduling depending on caseload and availability.
