Opportunities Flexible Scheduling Virtual or Work-From-Home Days Manageable Caseloads Supportive and Collaborative Team Environment Position Overview We're seeking full-time Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) to provide school-based speech therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. We are looking for team members who are passionate about supporting student communication, collaboration with school teams, and delivering high-quality therapy services in educational settings. 2
Locations:
77407 & 77082 Responsibilities Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students under SLP supervision Implement treatment plans and therapy activities developed by the supervising SLP Support student communication goals within classroom and therapy settings Maintain accurate and timely therapy documentation and service logs Collaborate with supervising SLPs, teachers, parents, and school staff Participate in team communication and follow district documentation procedures Support compliance with IEP service delivery and school-based requirements
Caseload:
48 students Qualifications Active SLPA license/certification in applicable state Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams Professional, dependable, and student-centered approach Ability to manage schedules and documentation responsibilities effectively Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who: Enjoys working with children and school teams Is organized, flexible, and collaborative Values mentorship and professional growth Is committed to providing quality therapy services Thrives in supportive and team-oriented environments
Pay:
$40.00 - $50.00 per hour
