Competitive hourly pay starting at $40/hour W2 hourly 5 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) Completion bonus Employee Referral Bonus Program Texas licensure reimbursement 401(k) Access to online and printable therapy materials Opportunities for professional growth and advancement What You'll Do Provide in-person speech-language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist Implement individualized treatment plans and therapy activities developed by the supervising SLP Document therapy sessions and maintain timely, accurate treatment notes Assist with data collection and progress monitoring Support the supervising SLP with therapy-related documentation and other assigned responsibilities Collaborate with supervising SLPs, teachers, families, and school staff to support student success Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy activities that help students reach their communication goals Qualifications Associate's or bachelor's degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant program Current Tennessee SLPA license (or eligibility for Tennessee licensure) Strong communication and organizational skills Passion for helping students succeed Ability to work collaboratively under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist Why Golden Oak Therapies?
