Job Description

Cocke County, Tennessee | Full-Time School-Based Position No evaluations. No case management. More time doing the work you love. Thrive Therapies Group is seeking a full-time W-2 Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant to provide direct services to students in Cocke County, Tennessee. You will be assigned to a single school site, allowing you to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and families while receiving the supervision, resources, and structure you need to do your best work. This is a school-based position with a consistent work location, stable student caseload, and the clinical and operational support you need to succeed.

No Evaluations. No Case Management. Your focus is direct therapy. You'll provide speech-language services under the appropriate supervision without the added responsibility of evaluations or case management. More Face-to-Face Time With Students. Provide focused, 40-minute therapeutic sessions with a stable, consistent student caseload at one school site. Spend your time building relationships, supporting progress, and making a meaningful difference for students. Full-Time W-2 Employment. Join Thrive in a full-time W-2 role with a consistent school assignment and the support of an established clinical and operational team. One School Site. You will be assigned to a single school site in Cocke County. This position does not require travel between multiple schools or communities.
