Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Part time Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our growing team at our Bastrop location clinic . This role involves working primarily with children, including children with Autism, in a supportive and structured clinical environment. Compensation Pay per visit at $30/session or hourly $35/hour. Paid per session, including cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows . Benefits 401(k) eligibility immediately , with employer matching 3-5% Qualifications Degree in Speech-Language Pathology/Communication Sciences and Disorders, or related field Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred AAC experience preferred BLS certification required, can be obtained after hire. Comfortable working with children, including children with Autism Must be comfortable going to daycares and ABA centers within a 5 mile radius.
