Part-Time | Flexible Schedule Position Summary Fiesta Therapeutic Services is seeking a compassionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to provide speech and language therapy services to pediatric clients in their homes. The SLPA will work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to implement treatment plans, document progress, and support children in achieving their communication goals. Responsibilities Provide direct speech and language therapy services as outlined in treatment plans developed by the supervising SLP. Conduct therapy sessions in clients' homes. Implement therapy activities targeting speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice, and/or social communication skills. Collect data and document client progress accurately and timely. Communicate professionally with families and caregivers regarding home practice activities and session participation. Maintain compliance with all company policies, state regulations, and professional standards. Attend supervision meetings and training as required. Qualifications Current Texas SLPA license in good standing. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license. Ability to travel to client homes within the service area. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required. Experience working with pediatric populations preferred.
