Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting students in a school-based setting as a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) passionate about early intervention. This contract position focuses on delivering specialized support to a single PreK (4-year-old) student in accordance with an Individualized Education Program (IEP). This role is situated around the Caddo Mills, TX area and is perfect for professionals pursuing meaningful, one-to-one intervention within a collaborative educational environment.
Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) Active state licensure for Texas (or eligibility to obtain) Previous experience working in school settings or with early childhood intervention preferred Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Commitment to evidence-based practices and student-centered therapy
Responsibilities:
Provide direct, individualized speech and language interventions according to the student's IEP Collaborate with occupational therapists, teachers, and family members to optimize the student's development Complete all documentation, progress notes, and reports accurately and in a timely manner Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the multi-disciplinary team Adapt sessions creatively to engage a young learner and address early developmental milestones
