What You'll Do Provide pediatric speech‑language therapy services (SLPAs under SLP supervision) Deliver individualized, play‑based treatment plans targeting: Speech sound production & phonological skills Receptive and expressive language Social communication and pragmatic language AAC assessment, modeling, and caregiver education Feeding therapy, including sensory‑based approaches (experience preferred) Assist with supervision and/or evaluations as appropriate to role and Texas state guidelines (e.g., data collection, probes, collaboration on assessment results) Collaborate closely with team. Document progress and maintain clear, supportive communication with families What we're looking for Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) Master's degree in Speech‑Language Pathology Texas license (or eligibility) ASHA CCCs preferred (CFs welcome) Experience with autism preferred (AAC, social communication, caregiver coaching) Speech‑Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences or related field Valid Texas SLPA license Comfortable working under SLP supervision and assisting with evaluations within scope Pediatric experience encouraged but not required New Graduates Welcome!
