Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Part-Time Speech Language Pathologist or Assistant to join our dynamic team. Setting Outpatient in an office setting, ABA centers and daycares within 5 miles of the facility. You will remain on the clock during drive time and will be reimbursed for mileage. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for pediatric and adult patients, including early intervention evaluations. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized speech-language therapy plans tailored to each patient's needs and goals. Provide direct therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques. Collaborate effectively with parents, caregivers, RBT's, and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive patient care strategies. Document patient progress accurately in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) maintaining compliance with medical terminology standards. Educate families on speech-language development milestones and strategies to support ongoing progress at home.

Qualifications:

Bachelors or certificate in Communication Sciences and Disorders or similar for SLPA's is required. Masters in Speech Language Pathology or similar for SLP's is required. ASHA CCC's for SLP's is preferred, not required. Bilingualism in English/Spanish is preferred, not required. Strong knowledge of pediatrics, early intervention practices, and adult populations (adult therapy is primarily language based). Dysphagia experience NOT required. Dysphagia patients are seen by another SLP. Experience with AAC evaluations and therapy is a plus. Working knowledge of physiology relevant to speech mechanisms and patient assessment techniques.

$35/hour W2

SLP's:

$50/hour W2 OR $55/hour 1099 Hourly employees/contractors are paid for direct time, indirect time, and any hours spent onsite/driving between facilities (you will clock in upon arrival and clock out upon departure). 401k with employer matching of 3-5% with immediate eligibility upon hire.
