We specialize in providing individualized care plans, where we enable our patients to see beyond their individual goals to reach their highest potential. As a therapist-owned and operated facility, we give all our clinicians the unique personal attention, mentoring, and career support they need to best serve our patients.
Requirements:
Must be bilingual English/Spanish Current Texas SLPA licensure 6 months of full-time clinical experience Pediatrics experience Home Health experience preferred
Responsibilities:
Provides skilled speech therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders Provides skilled speech therapy services/interventions in the patients home or daytime facility Schedules weekly supervision visit(s) with his/her supervising SLP according to Texas board guidelines Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and address team goals for each patient Plans for care to meet goals of the speech therapy interventions Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations. Enhances speech therapy reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
