Pay:
$29-35/hour depending on experience About Our Clinic We are a growing outpatient speech therapy clinic providing services for infants, toddlers, children, and adults with speech, language, and feeding needs. Our clinic focuses on providing high-quality, family-centered care in a supportive and collaborative environment. We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team on a PRN basis , with the opportunity to transition into part-time or full-time hours as our caseload continues to grow . This is a great opportunity for an SLPA looking for flexible scheduling, mentorship, and the ability to grow within a supportive clinic setting. Responsibilities Under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist, the SLPA will: Implement individualized speech and language treatment plans Provide therapy for articulation, language delays, and communication disorders Assist with oral motor and feeding therapy when appropriate Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate records Collaborate with supervising SLP regarding client progress Communicate with caregivers to support home carryover strategies Maintain a fun, engaging, and supportive therapy environment Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an SLPA program or Communication Sciences and Disorders program Active SLPA license or eligibility for licensure in [State] Experience working with pediatric populations preferred Feeding therapy experience is a plus Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Passion for working with children and families Schedule PRN / As-needed basis Flexible scheduling Opportunity to increase hours as caseload grows Potential to transition into full-time position What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Flexible work schedule Supportive team environment Mentorship from experienced SLPs Opportunities for professional growth Therapy materials and resources provided How to Apply Please submit your resume to Qualified candidates will be contacted for an interview.
