Key Qualifications:
Active Texas SLPA license required (screenshot submission necessary) Previous school-based experience as an SLPA Willingness and ability to work onsite across three designated campuses Dependable transportation for commuting between locations Prior experience with HISD is a plus
Core Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech-language services, implementing individualized therapy plans developed by supervising SLPs Collaborate with faculty, staff, and families across assigned campuses to support student communication goals Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and district guidelines Commit to full schedule and able to complete HISD fingerprinting within the first three days Use personal laptop (cost reimbursed) as needed for job duties
