Qualifications:

Associate's degree (minimum) in Speech-Language Pathology Assisting for SLPA roles Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communication Disorders or related field for SLPs Valid SLPA or SLP certification/license in Texas Experience working in educational environments is preferred Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively

Responsibilities:

Support students in reaching their communication goals through individualized or small-group therapy Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans Track progress and maintain accurate documentation Participate in IEP meetings, as needed
