Credentials and Experience Active Texas SLPA license required Previous experience in schools or pediatric settings valued Understanding of speech and language development in children K-12 Ability to adapt therapy techniques for diverse student needs Effective communication with staff, parents, and students Organized and reliable, comfortable handling caseload documentation Responsibilities Deliver speech, language, and communication interventions as directed by supervising SLP Support IEP goals by serving students in individual or small group settings Track progress and administrative documentation in line with district guidelines Collaborate with educators and related service professionals to integrate strategies in the classroom Provide resources, encouragement, and updates to families and caregivers Participate in ongoing training and supervision as required This contract position offers a consistent MondayFriday schedule, 35 hours per week, with the assignment running through January.
