Desired Qualifications:

Active SLPA license or certification as required by state guidelines Prior experience in a school setting and/or with elementary-aged children is highly valued Strong communication skills for collaborating with supervising SLPs, educators, and families Ability to organize therapy materials and document student progress accurately Compassion, patience, and enthusiasm for working with children of diverse backgrounds and skill levels

Key Responsibilities:

Implement therapy plans developed by a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist for students PreK-5th grade Provide direct speech and language support services in both individual and group settings Record and track student progress, assisting with data collection and reporting Collaborate with teachers and staff to support classroom learning and student success Participate in team meetings, trainings, and parent conferences, as needed Assist in preparing instructional materials and adapting activities to meet student needs
