As a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA), you'll work with a dedicated team to deliver high-quality direct services to groups of young learners, fostering their growth and academic engagement. In this full-time role, you'll be on-site during school hours, primarily serving a caseload of 70-80 elementary students in group sessions. You'll collaborate and grow professionally under the supervision of an on-site, licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to make a real difference in children's school experience.

Desired Skills & Requirements:

Active Texas SLPA license (TDLR) required Recent experience in a school-based SLPA role preferred Strong teamwork and communication skills Comfortable working with elementary-aged children in group settings Commitment to professional ethics and best practices Ability to follow directions and therapy plans provided by a supervising

SLP Primary Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech/language interventions to elementary students, mostly in group formats Track students' progress and assist with required documentation Work closely with supervising SLP to implement individualized therapy plans Communicate effectively with staff, students, and parents as needed Support a positive, inclusive learning environment
