The ideal candidate will have a strong background in speech therapy, particularly with children , and will be passionate about helping individuals improve their communication skills. Responsibilities Provide direct speech therapy services to children, focusing on early intervention strategies. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication goals. Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary based on client performance. Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and client progress. Educate clients and families about speech therapy techniques and strategies for home practice. Skills The successful candidate should possess the following skills: Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology related to speech and language development. Experience working with children in a pediatric setting. Ability to implement effective speech therapy techniques for diverse populations.
