Key Qualifications:

Completed associate's degree from an accredited SLPA program or equivalent Valid SLPA state licensure/certification Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting (required) Strong communication skills with students, families, and educational staff Ability to work independently and follow directions from supervising Speech-Language Pathologists Organized, flexible, and adept at time management Preference given to candidates who are not recent graduates

Role Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech-language therapy services under the supervision of licensed SLPs Support students with implementation of individualized communication goals Assist in preparing therapy materials and maintaining accurate records Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance student outcomes Document student progress and support data collection for IEP meetings Communicate updates and relevant information to supervising SLP and educational team
