9645677-78108 Job Description Seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support students in a dynamic K-12 educational environment near Cibolo, TX. This is a contract opportunity with immediate start and an end date set for May 27, 2027. Interview opportunities are available immediately and youll be working with a caseload of 40-45 students, providing essential speech and language services in a school setting. Youll collaborate with teachers, staff, and licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to help students achieve communication goals.

Qualifications:

Active and valid SLPA License in Texas required Previous experience in school settings preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage a caseload of 40-45 K-12 students Team-oriented with a commitment to student success

Responsibilities:

Implement treatment plans developed by supervising SLP Conduct group and individual speech-language therapy sessions Assist with screenings, assessments, and progress monitoring Document student progress and report findings to the supervising SLP Communicate effectively with teachers, staff, and parents regarding student progress Participate in team meetings and Provide support in IEP development as needed This position offers a competitive pay range of $35-$40 per hour, with a schedule of 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
