Youll work closely with a manageable caseload of 40-45 students, providing essential therapy and support across varied grade levels. This position is based near Seguin, TX and offers a consistent weekly schedule of 37.5 hours over five days.

Necessary Qualifications:

Active SLPA License in the state of Texas Experience or strong interest in working with K-12 students Ability to collaborate with lead SLPs, educators, and families Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong organizational and time management abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct direct speech and language therapy sessions as assigned by supervising SLP Support data collection, record keeping, and progress monitoring Collaborate with the educational team to integrate therapeutic strategies into student routines Adapt session activities to address the needs of students at varying developmental levels Communicate progress with supervising SLP, teachers, and families to ensure holistic student support
