Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Communications, Speech-Language or a closely related field is required No SLPA license is required for Virginia; candidates must have the educational background in speech or communication disorders Experience in a school setting or working with children/adolescents is preferred Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Comfortable collaborating with a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

Assist licensed Speech Language Pathologists in delivering speech and language services to students according to individualized plans Support assessment, intervention, and documentation for a diverse student population Work directly with students both individually and in groups, reinforcing targeted strategies and activities Track and report student progress, adapting approaches as needed under the guidance of supervising clinicians Communicate effectively with staff, students, and families to ensure continuity of care

Assignment Details:
