Key Responsibilities:

As an SLPA, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students with communication challenges. Assist in implementing individualized speech and language therapy plans Provide direct therapy services as directed by the supervising SLP Support articulation, language development, fluency, and social communication skills Track and document student progress Collaborate with SLPs, teachers, and support staff

Requirements:

Active or eligible Virginia SLPA license Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences & Disorders or related field Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
