Category Schools - SLPA Job Type Contract Soliant is partnering with a great school district near Williamsburg, Virginia to hire a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. Whether you're an experienced school-based SLPA or looking to expand your pediatric experience, this is a great opportunity to support students' communication goals while working under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. - Full-time, contract position
- 37.5 hours per week
- Monday-Friday schedule
- School year: August 2026 - June 2027
- 55 students on caseload, elementary or middle school caseload What You'll Do
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising SLP
- Support students in areas including articulation, language development, social communication, fluency, and other communication goals as appropriate
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to reinforce communication strategies across educational settings Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited SLPA program
- Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred, but not required
