Job Description

Category Schools - SLPA Job Type Contract Soliant is partnering with a great school district near Williamsburg, Virginia to hire a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. Whether you're an experienced school-based SLPA or looking to expand your pediatric experience, this is a great opportunity to support students' communication goals while working under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.   • Full-time, contract position
  • 37.5 hours per week
  • Monday-Friday schedule
  • School year: August 2026 - June 2027
  • 55 students on caseload, elementary or middle school caseload What You'll Do
  • Provide speech and language therapy services to students under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising SLP
  • Support students in areas including articulation, language development, social communication, fluency, and other communication goals as appropriate
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to reinforce communication strategies across educational settings Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited SLPA program
  • Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred, but not required
