Qualifications:
SLPA license or eligibility in Virginia (or willing to obtain) Previous experience in schools, especially with varied age groups, is a plus Comfortable with virtual supervision and tech-savvy Adaptable approach and initiative to work independently
Key Responsibilities:
Provide speech-language interventions per individualized education plans (IEPs) Track - and report - on student progress under virtual SLP supervision Collaborate with on-site educators and staff Help maintain an engaging, supportive environment for students Manage a caseload averaging 55 students
