Begin an exciting full-time opportunity supporting students as an SLPA for the upcoming school year. This contract position provides the chance to collaborate closely with a dedicated virtual SLP partner and play an essential role in direct service delivery. You'll be working within a supportive educational environment, helping students reach their communication goals. In this role, you will: Partner with a .5 FTE virtual SLP who manages a manageable caseload in the 30s. Deliver direct speech and language interventions to students as recommended by the supervising SLP. Support implementation of IEPs and therapy plans, adapting materials and activities to meet each student's needs. Maintain accurate records of student progress, session notes, and related documentation. Assist with generalization of speech and language skills into classroom and social activities. Communicate regularly with the supervising SLP, receiving ongoing guidance and mentorship. Collaborate with classroom teachers and staff to integrate strategies that promote student achievement.

We are seeking candidates with:

Active SLPA license for Washington State. Previous experience providing speech-language support to children, in school or healthcare settings. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative approach. Ability to work independently, take direction, and adapt to changing needs. Knowledge of therapy tools, assistive technology, and best practices for working in school environments is preferred.
